You can update your membership details at any time using our secure website, by logging into your account.

Check your details are up to date and, if anything is incorrect, you can change it through your online account. If you have any questions you should contact the Experian Pensions team at Capita.

You should also ensure that you notify us of your preferred beneficiaries for any death benefits that might become payable under the Plan. You can do this online by selecting ‘Beneficiary Nomination Form’ in the ‘My Details’ section of your individual account or by downloading a Nomination Form from the website for completion.
