When the term of office of an MNT comes to an end the Experian pensions team write to members of the Experian Retirement Savings Plan (ERSP) regarding the nomination and selection process for a new MNT. The selection process typically involves completion of a nomination form and an election if there are multiple applicants.

We published an article on the ERSP website last year explaining that the selection process would be postponed in light of the challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Following the transfer of members’ retirement savings to the Experian Section of the Legal & General Mastertrust during February 2022, the ERSP will be terminated and ultimately wound up. The Trustee Board of the ERSP has therefore agreed that the terms of the existing MNTs will be extended until the wind up of the ERSP is complete.
