All investments under the Plan are held separately from the Company’s assets and are managed by Experian Retirement SavingsTrustees Limited – a separate company which has been set up to run the Plan. The directors of Experian Retirement Savings Trustees Limited are appointed by the Company and the Plan’s members.

The Trustees have appointed the following external advisers to help them manage the Plan to the highest standards.

• Independent auditors – Grant Thornton LLP
• Lawyers – Linklaters LLP
• Administrators – The Experian Pensions team at Capita
• Investment consultants – Hymans Robertson
• Annuity service provider – Hargreaves Lansdown.

Experian’s in-house Group Pensions team monitors the Plan on a day-to-day basis and helps the Company and the Trustees to ensure that everything is done in line with best practice.
